Never a Dull Moment....

Yesterday I had no feelings. Well I had feelings its just nothing was going on. It was a pretty boring day. When I got home from work Isaac was asleep because he is sick again. Yes, AGAIN. So, I basically came home to a dark lonely apt. So i wanted to let me sleep and decided to go to the neighbors. She is so nice, but there is definitely a language barrier. She is from Panama, she speaks english relatively well however, its obvious there are some things she just understand. Then it was off to big 8.
So I get there im walking around, not really interested in anything just to get some stuff to make Albondigas. Get to the cashiers, and i friggin' forgot my card. Damn it! I hate to use checks HATE HATE HATE it. It takes them forever to cash them. Anyway they took checks. But whatever, I get home and Isaac leaves to school for a study group. So im making the soup, making some gajetas (mexican bread). Then i get a text from my sister.
Its a picture of my niece, her lip busted.....

So this is what she looked like. Asia had busted her lip because she collided with abother girl during volleyball. My sister is an Athletic Trainer and for her to say she probably needs stitches well then she probably needs them. I was calling all the "Urgent Care" clinics, and well let me tell you they are not urgent care! All of the clinics closed at 8pm. Grr, we were getting annoyed. So then my sister takes her to Physicians Hospital....4 hour wait.
So finally my sister takes her to Providence Hospital and she is taken in right away. By this time, Asia's cut has closed. The dr. tried to open it to give it a proper cleaning and to stitch it up. Didnt work. It was a done deal and it didnt close. Asia is fine now, her swelling has gone done and she is now on her way to Denver for a volleyball tourney.

So in the end, my boring day led up to an eventful night. There is never a dull moment when it comes to my family. I love it.
